View customers

To view a customer in the Back Office, follow the steps:

  1. Go to Customers > Customers. This opens the Customers page.
  2. Next to the customer you want to view, click View. This opens the View page.

ATTRIBUTE DESCRIPTION
Salutation Formal salutation.
First Name First name.
Last name Last name.
Email Email address.
Company Company. Not to be confused with a B2B company.
Customer Reference Unique identifier of the customer.
Gender Gender.
Locale Locale.
Phone Phone number.
Date of birth Date of birth.
Registered at Date and time of the customer’s creation.
Zed Account Reference Unique identifier of the Back Office user this customer is assigned to.
