AI Commerce brings AI-powered capabilities to your Spryker storefront, reducing manual effort for buyers and accelerating commerce workflows. Features are built on the AiFoundation abstraction layer, so the underlying AI model can be swapped or configured per feature without changing application code.

FEATURE DESCRIPTION
Visual Add to Cart Lets buyers upload a product image on the Quick Order page. AI recognizes the products in the image and pre-fills the order form with matching SKUs and quantities — enabling rapid bulk ordering without manual entry.
Back Office Assistant An AI-powered chat widget embedded in the Back Office. Admin users can ask natural language questions to navigate the Back Office, diagnose order issues, and create or update discounts.
Search by Image Lets customers upload a photo to search for products. AI analyzes the image, identifies a search term, and redirects to search results or the first matching product page.
