Disconnecting Vertex permanently deletes all the existing Vertex tax rates.

To disconnect the Vertex app from your store, follow the steps:

  1. In the Back Office, go to Apps > Catalog.
  2. Click Vertex.
  3. On the Vertex app details page, next to the Configure button, hold the pointer over disconnect-button and click Disconnect.
  4. In the message that appears, click Disconnect. This removes the Vertex configurations from your store.
