View reclamations

This document describes how to view order reclamations in the Back Office.

Prerequisites

To start working with reclamations, go to Sales > Reclamations.

Review the reference information before you start, or look up the necessary information as you go through the process.

Viewing reclamations

On the Reclamations page, next to the reclamation you want to view, click View. This opens the View reclamation page.

Tips and tricks To go to the order a reclamation was created for, click the order reference.

ATTRIBUTE DESCRIPTION
Product Contains information about the product: the product image, name, SKU, color. Click the product name to view detailed product information.
Unit Price (GROSS_MODE) Item price without taxes.
Item Total Total amount paid for the item.
State Current state of the item. Clicking the state shows the state.
