Add notes to customers

To add a note to a customer in the Back Office, follow the steps:

  1. Go to Customers > Customers.
  2. Next to the customer you want to add a note to, click View. This opens the View page.
  3. In the Notes pane, enter a MESSAGE.
  4. Click Add Note. This refreshes the page with a success message displayed. The note is displayed in the Notes pane.
