Shop Guide - Customer Addresses

On the Addresses page, you can set/update the Billing and Shipping Addresses.

The article describes how you can manage addresses in your Customer Account, and provides step-by-step instructions on how to:

  • add a new address
  • edit the existing address
  • delete the unnecessary address

To start working with the addresses, navigate to the Customer Account > Addresses section.


Adding a New Address

To create a new Address:

  1. On the Addresses page in the Customer Account, click Add New Address.
  2. On the Add Address page populate the required fields. See Addresses: Reference Information to learn what fields are required.
    `Is default shipping address` checkmark defines that this address will be used as the default shipping address for your Customer Account. `Is default billing address` checkmark defines that this address will be used as the default billing address for your Customer Account.
  3. Once done, click Submit.

Editing the Existing Address

To edit the existing address:

  1. On the Addresses page in the Customer Account, click Edit.
  2. On the Edit Address page change the required fields.
  3. Once done, click Submit.

Deleting the Existing Address

If the existing address is not relevant anymore, you can delete it. To do this, click Delete beside the unnecessary address on the Addresses page.
