Order History- Reference Information

Order History Page

This is the page that opens when you navigate to the Customer Account > Order History. order-history-page

On the Order History page, you see the following:

Attribute Description
Search A drop-down field with filter parameters:
  • All
  • Order Reference
  • Product Name
  • Product SKU
Search field The input field where you can enter the query depending on what you have selected in the Search drop-down.
Search field The date picker field where you can select the date to filter the results.
To The date picker field where you can select the date to filter the results.
Business Unit A drop-down field where you can select the business unit within which the Orders have been completed.
Show products in search results By selecting this checkmark, you can see the products matching your parameters in the search results.

Order Details Page

This page is opened when you are viewing or are reordering the completed order. order-details-page

On the Order Details page, you see the following information:

  • Order ID
  • Order Date
  • Custom Order Reference
  • The list of products purchased
  • Delivery Address
  • Delivery method
  • Payment Details
  • Subtotal, shipment costs, and grand total
  • Comments to Cart
