Add / Edit Address Page
The following table describes the attributes you must enter when creating or editing the address.

| Salutation | A formal salutation for you (e.g., Mr, Mrs). | yes |
| First Name | Your first name. | yes |
| Last Name | Your last name. | yes |
| Company | The company you work for. | no |
| Street | The name of the street. | yes |
| House Number | Identifies the number of the building. | yes |
| Additional address field | In this field, you enter additional information for your address (can be the number of the porch, etc). | no |
| Postcode | A numeric or/and alphabetic code | yes |
| City | The name of the city you live in. | yes |
| Country | The name of the country where you live. | yes |
| Phone | The valid telephone number that can be used to contact you. | no |
| Is default shipping address | The checkmark that identifies that this address is used as the default shipping address. | no |
| Is default billing address | The checkmark that identifies that this address is used as the default billing address. | no |
