This user guide describes how you can manage the comments in your cart.

Adding a Comment to the Cart

In case, the Comments feature is integrated into your project, you can leave a comment to your cart.

To add a comment to the cart, do the following:

  1. Open the Shopping Cart page.

  2. In the Comments to Cart widget, type a message in the text field: Comments to cart

  3. Click Send.

Editing a Comment in the Cart

You can edit your comment after you have sent it. To edit a comment:

  1. Open the Shopping Cart page.
  2. In the Comments to Cart widget, find your comment you would like to edit.
  3. Click Edit. Edit a comment

(Un)Tagging a Comment in the Cart

You can add a tag to a comment. This is helpful when you need to quickly filter the comments by tag.

To add a tag, do the following:

  1. Open the Shopping Cart page.
  2. In the Comments to Cart widget, find the comment you would like to tag.
  3. From the drop-down list of the available tags, select the needed. Tag a comment
You can add multiple tags to a comment.
4. After the page refreshes - the comment will be tagged with the tag you have selected.
To remove the tag, click X next to the tag you don't need:

(Un)Filtering a Comment in the Cart

You can filter the comments by tags that are added to them.

To filter the comments, do the follwoing:

  1. Open the Shopping Cart page.
  2. In the Comments to Cart widget, in the drop-down list, select the tag that is added to the comments to filter them: Filter comments
Select **All** to unfilter the comments by tag.

Removing a Comment

To remove the comment, do the following:

  1. Open the Shopping Cart page.
  2. In the Comments to Cart widget, find the comment you would like to remove.
  3. Click Remove. Remove a comment
You can remove only your own comments.
