Spryker Core feature integration

The following feature integration guide expects the basic feature to be in place. The current feature integration guide only adds the **Vault** and **Redis** functionality.

Install Feature Core

Prerequisites

To start feature integration, overview and install the necessary features:

1) Install the required modules using Composer

Run the following command to install the required modules:

composer require spryker-feature/spryker-core: "^201907.0" --update-with-dependencies

Verification Make sure that the following modules were installed:

2) Set up Database Schema and Transfer Objects

Run the following commands to apply the database changes and generate the entity and transfer changes:

console transfer:generate
console propel:install
console transfer:generate

Verification
Make sure that the following changes were applied by checking your database:

3) Set up Configuration

Vault

Add the following configuration to your project:

Security measures
Make sure that the encryption key is secured in your live environment. This key protects all data stored in the Vault.

The following Session and Storage configuration constants were deprecated and moved into newly created dedicated modules:
